The Genesis

Warning... Could be long

In the beginnings of my professional career as a consultant in organizational development I spent hundred of hour watching consultants in classes.

After some sessions It was bored… so I started to observed and profile people to develop learning tools… “The aha moment”: learning is about the learners.

Years later… with my own company I used to deliver to clients relevant data of collaborators about on-line and off-line learning activities, more than grades we profiled people to determined potential and paths of development. I used Excel… was demanding but was so valuable for the clients that we keep doing.

When the projects grew and involved thousand of people and a dozen of consultants.. The Excel sheet was another league… My team and me used to spend nights and weekends organizing the information for the client.

It didn’t make sense… I started to find platforms to track the learning experience… years later… here we are.
